Enhancing Our Heritage: Protecting the Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Mr. Donatus Gadiye, the Senior Park Warden for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area in Tanzania, Africa

Mr. Gadiye will speak about his experiences managing a national park and its impressive wildlife populations in East Africa at Northland College’s Sigurd Olson Environmental Institute on Thursday, March 28, at 7:00 p.m.

His presentation will be accompanied by a breathtaking collection of his photographs of the park and its wildlife.

Celebrating the 40th Anniversary of the Sigurd Olson Environmental Institute

"In the spirit of nature writer and conservationist Sigurd F. Olson, the Institute works with Northland College and regional partners to promote stewardship, identify opportunities, deliver educational programs, and facilitate solutions that address environmental issues throughout the North Country."
